Local-first, by design.

Signed out, nothing leaves your phone. IronLifts works fully offline and stores your training entirely on-device. There are no accounts required, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers.

Sign in only to back up. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, we store just enough to sync your own data across your devices — and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
